Plinx is an AI-assisted circuit learning kit designed to break the barriers that make hardware education difficult and inaccessible.
Many learners—including myself—struggle with abstract theories, fragile components, and the high cost of trial-and-error. These challenges often discourage beginners and cause many to miss the chance to explore hardware technology, even when they are genuinely interested.
Plinx was created to change this path.
Designed for aspiring makers and STEM learners, it offers a gradual, confidence-building learning journey. The kit eliminates the common problems of traditional circuit learning—equipment damage, limited resources, and high replacement costs—through durable components, virtual simulation, and real-time AI guidance.
By combining hands-on practice with AI-supported feedback, Plinx provides an efficient, low-threshold, and environmentally sustainable learning framework. Its intelligent breadboard recognition system helps learners move seamlessly from component understanding to circuit building and scenario-based applications.
In an era where AI is reshaping education, Plinx preserves the depth of tactile learning while ensuring accuracy, safety, and accessibility. It empowers beginners to grow from zero experience to capable hardware creators, making electronics education truly achievable for everyone.
JUDGES COMMENTS:
--Really well rounded concept and execution, impressive process and thought put into the project
--Fun project, nicely executed
--not only is Plinx highly engaging, but the development process used was deeply thoughtful, from early research through the iterative prototyping and user testing. I'd love to try it myself!,
