Energy Plus redefines fueling in Korea by reducing a traditional 12-step process to just four. Its signature feature, Quick Fuel, lets drivers complete refueling and payment through one barcode scan—no cash, cards, or apps to navigate. Users pre-register fuel type and payment method once, then reuse the preset for instant check-out.

For on-the-go access, Quick Fuel is available via home-screen widget, Shake&Pay, and CarPlay numeric code display. Real-time fuel prices and navigation integration simplify station selection. AI analyzes customer reviews to build station personas and suggests context-aware reply templates for managers, bridging digital service gaps and improving response quality. After fueling, users receive digital reports with discounts, points, and review prompts to complete a seamless journey.

The visual design balances bright green tones with high contrast, rounded layouts, and WCAG-compliant typography for clarity and comfort. Every element—from curved corners to intuitive thumb-zone buttons—follows the principle that “form follows function.”

As a result, Energy Plus achieved 450,000 monthly active users, boosted average fuel volume per customer by 35.3%, and raised its App Store rating from 1.9 to 4.5. By turning routine fueling into a streamlined, connected, and human-centered experience, Energy Plus sets a new standard for mobility services in daily life.
