The Nudge Wearable is a concept-stage ultrasound headset designed by Card79 for Nudge to show how advanced neuroscience can fit naturally into everyday life. It uses non-invasive ultrasound technology being explored in research to influence neural activity—helping users enhance focus, find calm, and restore rest through a safe, intuitive experience.
The design process focused on ergonomics, comfort, and simplicity. Its sculpted form wraps naturally around the head, distributing weight evenly for long wear. Soft-touch materials and adjustable components adapt to different users, ensuring a secure yet gentle fit.
Developed as a high-fidelity prototype, Nudge translates complex brain-modulation research into a wearable that feels familiar and human. Every element—from emitter placement to form balance—was refined through modeling and testing to meet both scientific and emotional needs.
Moving away from the clinical look of traditional neurotechnology, Nudge presents a calm, confident aesthetic that expresses clarity and care. It represents a future where cognitive wellness tools are both technically advanced and emotionally attuned—where innovation supports focus, balance, and human potential.
