The number of people living with diabetes continues to rise worldwide, yet daily self-management remains complex and burdensome. Patients often carry separate devices for blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections, creating inconvenience, stress, and social discomfort. Repeated injections in the same area can also lead to complications such as lipohypertrophy, increasing both physical and emotional strain.

‘allin.’ is a user-centric, all-in-one solution designed to simplify this experience. Its core innovation is integrating blood glucose measurement and insulin delivery into a single pen-type device, allowing users to manage both tasks seamlessly without switching tools. A clear display guides users through two essential functions—“Sampling Mode” for checking blood glucose, and “Injection Mode” for administering insulin—creating an intuitive and streamlined workflow.

To further support healthy routines, the device features a built-in stamp for marking injection sites. This encourages safe rotation of injection areas, helping prevent skin complications and promoting better long-term care.

By reducing device complexity, improving usability, and addressing common medical challenges, ‘allin.’ aims to lessen the mental and physical burden of diabetes management and support stronger treatment adherence.
