As bold as it is simple, with clean lines and curves making a statement throughout the four bedroom apartment, the space is a whimsical yet sophisticated home that is soft and easy on the eyes; a hint of Hobbit-esque magic weaving into modern classic design. Here, each zone is divided using crescented doors and archways that bring about a fairytale accent, refined with an elegant use of black outlines against white walls. The long corridor is framed with a sleek black arch that stretches from floor to ceiling, expanding the sense of height in the interior. In a city where it’s easy to feel on edge, these rounded geometric shapes offer a distinctive feature in the home that soothes the aesthetic and emotional senses. Working with symmetry, it aims to strike a perfect balance and connection. This recurring circular theme is displayed in the custom-built console table, door handles of the cabinet and glass door, mirrors, tables and more. The gold section of the living room wall and the teal console table add a shock of color to the otherwise muted scheme.
