For the old and children who cannot open the cap due to the lack of strength required in cutting the connection when first opening a pet bottle which is frozen, or firmly compressed with carbonic acid, this design makes it possible for them to open it by easily cutting the connection even with small strength by fixing and rotating it using edges.
