FOCUS OWN is a personalized breathing meditation device designed for beginners. Many people want to reflect on themselves through meditation but struggle with distractions from digital devices. Additionally, existing meditation videos do not align with individual breathing rhythms, which can disrupt stable breathing and reduce the effectiveness of meditation. FOCUS OWN solves this by analyzing the user's breathing pattern in real-time and providing vibration feedback, helping users find a personalized breathing rhythm. The device consists of a vibration unit and a station. The user sets the meditation mode and time on the station, then begins their meditation by holding the vibration device. The device signals the inhale and exhale with vibrations and pauses when the user holds their breath, naturally guiding their breathing. The optional heating function adds warmth, enhancing comfort. FOCUS OWN provides an effective meditation experience without digital distractions, offering an ideal environment for deep focus.
