Even thought the acquired blind that take more than 86% of the entire blind people are unable to see color perfectly, they show their characteristics by fashion, hairstyle, and accessories like ordinary people. Above all, They eager to have same position with ordinary ones as they enjoy culture life and communicate with the society. But that is difficult to them. Because blind can’t determine the color and pattern visually. When the blind can't remember the information about color or pattern of clothes, giving information about clothes will help them recall the memory. O-C is composed of 9 types of shapes that are classified to three categories(color, stripe and pattern). Acquired blind can associate the color and pattern of clothes with its symbol. So distinguishing the color and pattern of clothes, O-C can help them to select clothes. Then blind can choose clothes they want themselves. By fitting each shapes on hangers, visually impaired people will be able to distinguish the color or pattern of clothes alone. O-C does the role which gives these kinds of information.
