Working at height refers to working at an elevated position (more than 4 feet) where the worker is at risk of falling and getting injured as a result of insufficient or non-existing safety precautions. The dangers of working at heights and intense welding conditions increase the risk of accidents. Infinity X is a modular drone integrated with a robotic arm that performs high-altitude welding during maintenance. Infinity X enhance safety and improve accessibility during the maintenance of structures at height by minimizing human involvement in potentially hazardous situations. To meet the need for welding precision, Infinity X carry a laser welding robotic arm and a gripping module. The two module work together to ensure that drone is flexible and stable enough to perform high altitude welding. The gripping module helps to anchor the drone to a specific surface, providing a stable platform for subsequent welding. The robotic arm module is connected to the welding car and performs welding tasks after the drone flies to the destination.
