As individuals age or face disabilities, daily tasks like doing laundry may become physically and cognitively demanding. Declines in strength, agility, and balance make handling clothes difficult and lead to fatigue. This can result in increased living expenses, such as hiring help, further challenging their independence. In disadvantaged households, improper laundry hygiene can increase the risk of disease transmission, negatively impact confidence, social interactions, and overall health. The electric scrubbing board is a labor-saving tool designed for individuals living in small spaces, the elderly, and people with disabilities to assist with clothes washing. It features an electric brush head that rotates to clean garments when pressed down, replacing the need for back-and-forth scrubbing, offering a more efficient stain removal method. The adjustable height and flexible usage options allow shorter individuals, those with one hand, or even those with one leg to easily clean their clothes. This tool enhances the ability of the elderly and people with disabilities to live more independently.
