The use of syringe is important, but the disposal of syringe is more important. Flexible cover needle has innovative and different way of disposal from original syringe. First, while for original syringe, the needle, infected by virus, is removed by covering it from top to bottom, for flexible cover needle, it is done from bottom to top. The possibility of being stabbed is reduced by the change of simple motion. It it very important and solves the accident of being stabbed by needle, most frequent, without special technology. Second, a locker is designed to prevent the accident of reusing a wasted syringe. The first step is to totally cover a needle, infected by virus, and second step is to lock the needle with the equipment, at the tip of syringe. Throughout those steps, medical accidents are completely prevented. This design solves the problem easily without special equipment.
