Fry Cradle is a sustainable fish fry-rearing system that leverages the interactions between fish fry, biofloc, Tubifex worms, and rotifers. It addresses issues such as fish waste disposal and the fry's sensitivity to water quality changes. Fry Cradle uses biofloc to process fish waste, reducing ammonia and nitrite levels. Tubifex worms in the lower tank feed on fish waste and serve as food for the fry. The system employs recirculating aquaculture system (RAS) technology to monitor critical parameters like water temperature and ammonia concentration, ensuring optimal growth conditions for the fry. Fry Cradle achieves a sustainable cycle by purifying the water and creating a healthy nursery environment, reducing labor and feed costs for fish farmers.
