Fueling dreams on and off the field, the Gatorade 5v5 program isn’t just a soccer tournament; it’s a global movement inspiring teens to play and stay in sports. As people’s media and consumption habits have evolved, the program needed a fresh visual identity to resonate with the digital age. Our Global Beverage team revitalized the Gatorade 5v5 visual identity, blending the physical and digital worlds through a gamified approach. Today’s potential tournament players are digital natives, engaging in digital spaces first and foremost. Gatorade 5v5 had to capture their attention with an elevated approach, incorporating elements from the gaming world to enhance the experience and spark excitement. We set out to transform the tournament’s image, making it not only a competition but a digital-first, immersive journey for every participant.
