It is inconvenient for parents in wheelchairs to bring infants outside by themselves due to the difficulty of simultaneously controlling the movement of a baby stroller and wheelchair. Linc is an adaptive baby stroller that can be attached to the wheelchair, enables safe and convenient transport of infants for parents who require wheelchairs for mobility. Linc has a folding mechanism that enables users to fold and unfold it without changing their seating position in a wheelchair. The method of attaching prevent the baby stroller from moving side to side and up and down. The angle of the baby seat can be adjusted by a press to release the lock mechanism on the joint and rotate seat frame. Linc uses a see-through material for the baby seat to avoid the problem of user’s vision being blocked by the seat. Linc provides the opportunity for parents in the wheelchair to spend more time with their kids. It helps strengthen their relationship with their children, beneficial for emotional adjustment.
