The StrongArm FLx ErgoSkeleton™ is designed for active workers whom we consider to be Industrial Athletes. In combination with proper ergonomics training, the FLx™ is designed to help remind wearers to maintain proper posture while lifting. The Posture Feedback System encourages behavioral changes in workers which may include pivoting instead of twisting when turning to the side, positioning the body closer to the load, and bending at the knees to lift with the legs instead of the back. The FLx ErgoSkeleton™ converts user body movements into mechanical feedback. The device is offered in different waist belt sizes and has a height adjustment for varying users. It also offers strength-of-flexibility adjustment for use in different job applications. The FLx™ is designed to be used in materials handling jobs including, but not limited to the efforts of: warehouse workers, parcel workers, shippers, handlers, lifters, pickers, sorters, and fork truck drivers.
