For modern individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to excessive work and stress, the FLOW healing kit offers five healing methods that can be used at home. Under the slogan "Immerse in the Flow of the Five Senses," FLOW provides a profound healing experience to users through its fluid and curved design and intuitive color system, inspired by the brand's motif of "flow." Each healing method includes plant therapy, meditation, music, tea ceremony, and tactile play, functioning as a kit for actions that can be used in various situations. The eyes are healed through gardening therapy by looking at plants, the nose through the benefits of aroma and meditation, the mouth through the effects of tea ceremony, the ears through sound healing, and the hands through tactile play, allowing individuals to build their own healing methods by immersing each sense in these activities. Through this, we propose a solution for those mentally exhausted to heal themselves even when they are alone. "True healing" is about returning to a previously balanced state, helping individuals to continuously, and without burden, heal themselves, develop their own healing methods, and form stable mental care habits.
