Belly Buddy is an innovative, non-invasive solution that aims to detect and address breech pregnancies before 36 weeks, significantly reducing the need for cesarean sections and improving health outcomes for both mothers and babies. Breech pregnancies, where the baby is positioned feet-first, can lead to complications and higher cesarean rates if not detected early. Belly Buddy uses advanced thermal imaging technology to safely and accurately determine the baby's position without any radiation risk. This comprehensive platform not only provides early detection but also offers educational resources and support to expectant mothers, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their birthing plans. Healthcare providers benefit from enhanced communication and decision-making support, allowing for timely and effective interventions. The product has been designed with input from a multidisciplinary team of experts, including design engineers, medical professionals, and healthcare providers, ensuring that it meets the needs of both mothers and clinicians. By integrating Belly Buddy into prenatal care routines, we aim to lower cesarean rates, reduce maternal and neonatal health risks, and enhance overall prenatal care engagement and satisfaction. We strive to revolutionize prenatal care with Belly Buddy, where technology meets care and compassion.
