At Nest, our mission is to create a home that takes care of the people inside it and the world around it. We’ve come a long way in redefining the security space with our intelligent indoor and outdoor cameras. But we’re always looking for new and innovative ways to help consumers protect their homes and the people and things inside. We believe security shouldn’t be “one size fits all.” And yet most options in the category are so complicated or annoying to live with that consumers don’t end up using them. So in November 2017, we launched Nest Secure, an alarm system that seamlessly integrates into your life. Unlike traditional systems that require a pro to install and force you to adapt, you dictate when and how you use Nest Secure. The system comes with three components: Nest Guard, Nest Tag, and Nest Detect, all of which work together to keep the bad guys out.
