Jeju currently lacks creative and exhibition space for cultural artists, and the culture and arts space is inferior due to the indifference of the community to art. In addition, since it lacks the facilities of theater considering the disabled, it preserves the history of Seogwipo City Tourism Theater and redirects to the center of culture and arts center of universal to improve the backstage facilities and utilize it as a comprehensive cultural space connecting with the street I want to use it as a new landmark of a cultural city.
