Organs and blood are usually transported by airplane, train, or ambulance, but delays due to weather, traffic jams, and delays can cause them to miss the golden hour. Organs can usually be preserved for anywhere from an hour and a half to six hours or more, depending on the organ, and it's best to get them to the hospital as quickly as possible, as they need to be harvested and trimmed to match the size of the recipient's blood vessels. RES-Q offers a realistic and feasible solution for the safe delivery of organs and blood. Currently, most drones can fly for up to 30 minutes using batteries, but 30 minutes is an impossible amount of time to make a delivery, so we used hydrogen instead of batteries to enable a flight of at least 2 hours. Not only are organs very sensitive to heat, but they also need to be careful about damage caused by shaking, so instead of embedding them in the drone, we placed them on the bottom using a gimbal to prevent damage caused by vibration or air pressure from the drone.
