The Paralympic Games have conventions where people with disabilities and non-disabled participate together. Interest in people with disabilities increased more than before. Many people are struggling in a bad environment for training. Communication with the guide runner is difficult to communicate due to noise. There is a danger of a long-distance accident due to the cheering voice of the audience.
