A 'beam' is an important element of a structure's skeleton, connecting column to column and transferring the weight of the roof to the beams. The 'cornerstone' part, which is the 'beginning' of the product when the user assembles the product themselves, has the meaning of creating a foundation, which is similar to the role of supporting the product. The e-paper display, which acts as a window, represents the passage of time. By utilizing the afterimage phenomenon that appears when the screen of the e-paper is switched, I wanted to form the image of myself as various times (graphics) are superimposed and created. The word 'knot' has connotations of wisdom and desire. The traditional Korean knot is a representation of our ancestors' wise view of life. By pulling and releasing the knot with this motif, the theme can be switched between the diary and calendar. In addition to the traditional elements, 'Changho' is intended to engage with the user through analog interaction: the 'Changho paper' can be rotated 360 degrees around the pipe. When you grab the bottom and flip it back, just like you would with a traditional paper calendar, the screen switches to show the next month's graphic.
