Seaberry Design has discovered that the world of federal agencies is quite colorful. Here, in "The Book of Federal Colors" we step back and take a broad look at the US government color palettes. We catalogued the colors of 411 agencies, using USA.gov as a resource, in a design that reveals both the incredible diversity of color and the variety of services offered. Seaberry Design, designer, Cameron Farrior described his surprise and his inspiration for the design of the book "Despite my presumption, the extensive list of agencies and the range of colors they use was actually surprising. Due to the unprecedented level of variation, the entire book is designed around a foundational objective to showcase the diversity of colors." The book is a great tool for anyone who wants to align their brand with the brand of a federal agency. Color co-branding gives agencies the impression that a business can be part of the agency's team. Color specifications are not displayed. Our point is to reinforce the focus on the surprising number of color patterns that appear in this collection.
