The Pyrex No Leak Glass is an airtight and leak-proof food storage container with a patented glass and food grade silicon lid. Functionality has been achieved by cleverly combining two oven safe materials in the lid making the entire vessel oven safe while still remaining easy to peel open. All materials are food grade approved and free of BPA. Non-porous glass won’t absorb odors or stain. Reusable glass lasts longer than disposable plastic and is healthier than plastic options in certain situations. The storage vessel is made in the USA, the lid is made in China under strict manufacturing conditions. Assembled in the US it is available in 2, 4 and 7 cup round sizes. Color choice in Pyrex signature red. Several rounds of iterative product development occurred to refine the design and patents granted demonstrate the uniqueness of this solution in a crowded category.
