The ULAC Silicon Overmoulded bicycle lock collection is designed to satisfy user experience and expectations, maximize security and minimize environmental impact. The industry-first zinc aluminum alloy minimizes weight without sacrificing security. The silicon overmoulding is seamless, easy-to-clean and scratch free, providing greater longevity for the product itself compared to traditional PVC and plastic, resisting wear and color fading from exposure to sun and weather. The unified design means that key components are never exposed to weather. Designing for material longevity and user satisfaction has the effect of reducing the need to replace and dispose over time. The enhanced quality and user satisfaction is intended to advance next generation acceptance industry-wide as well as among users.
