Railtones™ is the first rail speaker system that is mounted to and powered by a low-voltage track lighting system. Set up is incredibly simple and the sound quality is excellent. You simply connect the speakers as you would any track head, connect the transmitter to almost any audio device, and you instantly have audio without any installation. It is truly a plug-n-play system. The primary objective set by the client was to expand their company’s product portfolio and create value added solutions that utilize their low voltage lighting rail system. The solution introduced is a high performance audio system that is powered from the low voltage rail and wireless connection to the streaming audio source. The clean form was ultimately selected for its slim profile that captures the subtleties of a “horn”.
