We created an integrated digital system that provides instantaneous performance data to both coaches and athletes. Athletes wear lightweight sensors on their wrists and ankles during a workout. Coaches can view the live performance feeds from up to 100 athletes during the workout. Coaches can troubleshoot an athlete’s performance during a practice and provide voice coaching (via waterproof ear-bud) to produce immediate results. Coaches and athletes also have access to rich, pre-formatted historical performance data hosted by AvidaSports to spot trends and set goals.
