It's very difficult for car drivers to recognize a car accident quickly on the expressway in the dark night. A minor breakdown or a fender-bender often leads to a dangerous rear-end collision. This lighting system has lights installed for safety on both sides of the roadway. At 200m behind an accident spot, the system changes to a red color. It greatly helps drivers recognize and deal with a car accident quickly.
