The Belle-V ice cream scoop feels great in your hand, works brilliantly and is crafted to last. LUNAR partnered with entrepreneur Alan Cook and Wharton Professor Karl Ulrich to develop Belle-V with the vision of creating a collection of outstanding kitchen tools for people who love great products. LUNAR designed and tested dozens of prototypes, eventually optimizing the asymmetric handle and refining the geometry of the angled scoop head with a spade shaped edge.
