This project was to design a new concept for winter sports or mobility on snow. Unisnow is designed to fulfill the needs of extreme winter sports enthusiasts by addressing three criteria: performing a variety of tricks, minimizing injuries, and maintaining portability. Unisnow can be versatile in many snow conditions. Its lightweight foldable titanium body enables carrying it on the lift or gondola without any trouble. Since it is foldable it will fit into any vehicle, and save space when it is being stored at home. Moreover, the user will experience the feel of riding a unicycle on snow. It will allow for much more freedom of going down the hill, while creating opportunities to practice a wide variety of tricks. In addition, in the event the rider loses his or her balance, Unisnow allows them to freely abandon the device, preventing severe injuries when falling.
