In a situation of flooding, victims are trapped in their positions and they require relief supplies. But the reality is that you can not receive them in time. Therefore, we suggest an emergency drone named E-DRONE. It replaces the work of delivering relief supplies by human labor and can go anywhere quickly where people cannot go. As a result, victims can be rescued in healthy condition quickly from bad conditions.
