Stroke and cardiovascular diseases, which compete for the number 1 or 2 cause of death worldwide, are more dangerous in that they do not know when or how they will occur suddenly. Especially, when the weather gets cold, the risk of sudden vascular contraction increases, and rapid diagnosis, rapid treatment, and identification of emergency patients play an important role in a patient's life. To solve this problem, it was classified into three steps : prevention, diagnosis and action. Prevent rapid contraction of the blood vessels using the built-in heating. It measures the blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the carotid artery and diagnoses the patient's condition. If a problem is detected, the patient will be recognized through lights and vibrations, and in case of an emergency, an ambulance, hospital and acquaintances will be contacted. This helps protect patients ' golden time and extend their lives.
