In view of the high-pressure and fast-paced modern life style, the aim was to construct a transparent and open Oriental Zen space in order to release pressure and purify the souls. The designer utilized materials representing modern fashion and Zen such as black tinted metal, timber, smoked grey color, darkened glass, strip carpet, wallpaper, black acrylic panel, and white marble, etc. while the planning has achieved the standard of green architecture and green materials, as a residential space that is friendly to the living environment. The smoked grey color metal extending from elevations to ceiling giving the elegant look-and-feel to the reception hall, and fused with nature. The greenery scenes were not merely part of the exterior but fused with the interior so that the urban dwellers would experience the purity and serenity of this public space. In order to minimize the visual impact by the central structural column, we turned it into a central axis to the overall design visual, and since there was a platform unable to bear too much weight on the original second floor, there was a design solution to ensure visual transparency and artistic extension.Besides that, the usage of ecologically green materials contributes to the environmental protection.
