As the number of double-income families and female workers increases, there are also increasing numbers of families that complain of difficulties in caring for their young children. In addition, as Korea has already entered an aging society, the number of elderly people living alone is increasing every year, and those who need protection and attention at home are left without any measures. Uncommon social changes, such as entering an aging society, increased numbers of double-income couples, etc., may lead to conflicts and problems among family members. There are always those who need protection in the home, so that products should be provided that can provide services suitable for each of various home environments. The stone tower piled up by the villagers one by one is an object created by gathering together their wishes and devotion to stop negative things that are coming into the village. I want to create an environment in which family members can stay at ease by reinterpreting the formative features of the stone tower and its meaning to protect precious people. ‘Wepoom’, a home came that provides psychological stability and a convenient system by reinterpreting the meaning of a stone tower in accordance with modern residential and home environments.
