Although there are various oral cleaning products, there is no market for managed products for patients. In particular, the disabled, elderly, and severe patients are exposed to various microbial inflows due to difficult oral management by themselves. The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is 20% when patients cannot be managed oral care effectively. Therefore, we designed an individual patient's mouthpiece (dental unit) with hardware that can be set up and controlled to reflect the user's convenience, so as to make it easy and effective to clean the oral cavity of patient and elderly care patients who are uncomfortable. In order to manage the oral cavity of the vulnerable person, a standardized mouthpiece was developed in order to make it easy to clean the mouth by simply swallowing it. The individual mouthpieces were designed using the standardized structure of the teeth upper and lower teeth.
