Byte4Bite aims to strengthen communal bonds by facilitating collaboration between local businesses, citizens, and food service companies to provide free, cooked, and healthy food to homeless people through LinkNYC kiosks and Byte4Bite vendors. In return for free ads on neighborhood LinkNYC kiosks, local restaurants provide free meals for homeless people who live in the community. These meals will be available in vending machines managed by NYC Dept Homeless Services.
