Exercise is a great way to train your mind and body when it is done with proper technique. Exercising alone at home is a problem because there is no one to correct your posture when it is wrong. Also, taking yoga or pilates for the first time can be frightening and awkward. Learning the correct form for yoga or pilates while breathing properly is difficult. They are especially difficult because they require the perfect posture of users' legs and arms.
