In this project, I choose three books from Stephen King to redesign the book cover. I choose Insomnia, Thinner, and Bag of Bones. The goal is to design a visual system and make the three book covers look like a series. For the first one, insomnia, I change the letter "O" into an eye, represent the insomnia people's eyes. The idea of Thinner is coming from the apple core from my breakfast. Last but not least, the bone is obvious, compared to two others. I choose three colors that seems mellow but weird. They are not dark, nor saturated. The type on the cover is the main elements that I want to convey the feeling of the novels.
