The Assure Lock SL - Connected by August is designed to replace existing [deadbolt] locks, and features both a keypad and a swappable modular framework that makes it easy to connect with any wireless ecosystem. Users can control the lock through the August app, with a compatible voice assistant (Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri), via Auto Unlock as they approach the door (when a phone is on them), or remotely with the included August Connect Wi-Fi Bridge, in addition to a simple entry code on the lock keypad. The lock also works with leading security systems like SimpliSafe and Alarm.com, as well as hosting platforms like Airbnb and HomeAway to give a fully integrated smart home experience. Designed with convenience, thoughtfulness, authenticity and quality in mind, the Assure Lock SL - CBA is built to provide an intuitive user experience. The rounded edges, simple interface and defined, backlit numbers communicate how to lock and unlock in a friendly way. For aesthetic variety, the lock comes in three different finishes: bronze, brass and nickel. It is 100% key-free, making it the slimmest keypad available and tamper-proof; it does come with a backup charger to avoid lockouts.
