This updated package design maintains the feel of the Alienware brand while incorporating visual elements of the new product design language. Special printing effects are used to highlight product features and draw customers to engage with the packaging. The internal parts of the monitor are subtly shown in the image background in a gloss spot UV process. The external structure ensures the user will open the packaging in the intended orientation. It is held closed by clips that can only be accessed when lying flat. The internal structure then guides the user to assemble the physical product properly and sequentially. This overall package design will be applied to several sizes and models of Alienware displays.
