MMC is a global professional services organization that specializes in risk management, strategy consulting, and HR consulting. Every year, the CEO hosts an annual executive meeting where the top 75-100 leaders from around the globe come together to discuss growth, new possibilities, and new futures for their clients and their companies. Each meeting has a unique theme and agenda meant to address new challenges and define goals for the coming year. Notably for this year, MMC had just completed its acquisition of the insurance brokerage firm JLT. While designing the meeting, integration efforts were in full force. It was important to embrace this evolutionary acquisition as well as build connections and extend a sense of inclusion to their new JLT colleagues.
