'Hormongraphy' is an outdoor lounge chair used by people with problems of the secretion and inhibition of Serotonin hormone. Serotonin is a hormone that makes you feel comfortable and cozy. As Serotonin, secreted by the serotonin neurons, plays a role in stimulating the working of the brain, it is called ‘happy hormone’. However, advances in science and technology have been causing modern people to experience the side effects that is the result of the biorhythmic collapse, confusing the hormone secretion system. Irregular life, overwork, and overuse of electronic devices in the indoor environment cause the symptoms such as insomnia, mood disorders, and metabolic syndrome. 'Hormongraphy' aims to correct deficiencies of Serotonin and maintain sitter’s biorhythm of secretion and inhibition of Serotonin by ‘tactile bumps’ on the backrest and ‘back wraps’ for the upper back. The function of ‘Hormongraphy’ is based on Eastern Asian medical ideas. Unlike Western medicine, which is aimed at treating wounds directly, Korean medicine has a methodology that improving the body condition gradually by changing the environment of the problem. 'Hormongraphy' aims to regenerate the sitter’s biorhythm by using it routinely. By sitting in the 'Hormongraphy', it helps modern man to relieve the fatigue of daily lives.
