Modern people suffer from blood circulation, digestive problems, and muscle aches due to shorter meal times, smartphones, and longer computer use. As the problems worsened, more people were looking for herbal remedies. Moxibustion is a treatment that has been around for a long time, and it is very effective and can be a new alternative to the diseases that modern people are experiencing. The efficacy of moxibustion is obvious, but there are problems associated with moxibustion such as burns. This improves the existing problems and increases the safety of moxibustion treatment. Furthermore, we suggest moxibustion that helps mental as well as physical management.
