The GMX7 X1-PRO is an aquatic resistance training system for swimmers of all skill-levels. The X1-PRO is the first resistance system of its kind, marking several advances in competitive swim training. A compact, anodized mechanism creates bi-directional resistance ranging from free movement to immobility. Additionally, the X1-PRO can be used up to distances of 50 meters and offers stroke correction to deliver maximum training results. Performance is greatly enhanced due to the X1-PRO’s streamlined functionality and compact-size. This allows for easy operation and portability of the device that can be stored inside of a backpack for on-the-go training. Beyond the benefits of providing optimal in-water resistance training and ease of operation for amateurs and professional athletes alike, the GMX7 X1-PRO also holds promise with potential application in fields such as sports and physical therapy benefitting users of all ages.
