Scale, Ratio, Proportion is a hypothetical art exhibition proposed to question the preset and prejudice on body image. The exhibition aims to provoke dialogue and collective action to discuss the negative impact of preset ideal body and figure rating standards. It is meant to be a place to encourage people to accept, respect, and enjoy their bodies as nature. This project is a graphic design project created for a typography course. The assignment was to propose an exhibition idea and develop the personality and visual system for the exhibition. The designer was tasked to develop the typographic system that functions as a whole; while, it should also echo with the topic. This project is not only a proposal to support body positivity but also a study and experiment on the typographic system. The exhibition booklet is an ideal reflection of the typographic system and a nice approach to communicate with the audience. The visuals for the exhibition are based on the concept of measurements and scales.
