Our approach with respect to designing started from the exterior. For a space to be welcoming and heartening, it requires an engaging entrance - a facade that grasps the attention of the passerby with just one glance. To cater to that, we used a dichroic vinyl that creates an illusion-like effect upon the passersby - shifting colors at different angles. Hand-written words describing confectionery bliss, enticing feelings and reactions adorn the entry door. Across the corridor, one sees vinyl panel graphics that act as both privacy dividers and mood setters. With its nature-forward, biophilic design as one enters, the luscious mossy green walls, the mirror art, wire clouds, and mobile birds are a little peek at what is to come inside - abundance of nature. As one moves into the backroom, a sweet and calming feel comes to life - soft pink walls with thin geometric mirror art and multi-layer acrylic art pieces all around. The acrylic and vinyl material combination create a holistic feel as they are used for the signage and art throughout the cafe. Watercolour textured graphics add a man-made, modern, artful look. Move further along and you experience the stairwell wrap and a whole new bathroom vibe
