Ganzhou Greenland Sales Office is a residential sales center, the client also want to build a multi-functional space. The design concept is making JianchunMen Floating Bridge a linkage between this ancient city to future. L1 & B1 provide multifunctional exhibition space for sand boxes, communication area; L2 provides meeting area and VIP room. On L1 main lobby, we took pontoons and river water as design inspiration, combined with special lighting effects and the boat inspired feature installation, which made by crystal glass sheets. It enhanced the refraction of light and shadow effect in L1 main entrance, creating the effect of splashing water and leading your eyes into the spiral staircase and feature hanging dome above the main sandbox area. Walking through the pontoon stairs surrounding the big sandbox area, you come to the multifunctional space on second floor, which satisfies the functions of negotiation and resting, and provides a comfortable, bright and clean space. The space here echoes the characteristics of the JianchunMen pontoon bridge. More ship structures, lines and languages were used. There is also a VIP room with high privacy. More metal details are used, simple curved lines and boat-shaped chandeliers; give the whole space a luxury touch.
