The renewal was executed without affecting the hotel operation. The designer has redesigned the space functions without tearing down partition walls. Objects and furnishings of the original guestrooms are recycled, the most common paints, white glues and cement, after research and innovation, become the latest facing materials, and the waste of resources and damage to the environment are avoided, saving renewal costs. The external of the building adopts grey and white colors decorated with bright red. Facings are added to modify the window shapes, and colorful lights starting from the façade serves as a connecting line between spaces. At the lobby entrance, the jigsaw color screen and the sunken lounge in passionate red create a style that is different from the ceremonious vastness of traditional hotels. In the water bar area, the concrete ceiling is exposed to gain more ceiling space, and with the texture of marble flooring, creates a deep high-grade industrial ambiance. The French windows open to the courtyard landscape, and the 10-meter wall of vegetation on the side of the swimming pool brings a wisp of the nature. Guestrooms are designed for both fashion and comfort and to maximize the utilization of the guestroom space.
