The sauce tank that holds the soy sauce surrounds the plate and forms the shape of "o", which is designed to change from deep to shallow.In the process of eating sushi on the plate, the soy sauce on the plate is constantly "walking" from high to low as the surrounding soy sauce is dipped by people.Finally, as the meal ends, the soy sauce finishes the highly gradual “o” shape of the journey.In the dipping process, you don't have to worry about how much soy sauce you're dipping into as you would with a traditional plate. In the new design, you only need to swipe the food through the soy sauce, and the sauce will be evenly dipped to the appropriate amount. The symbol of “o” represents the meaning of “consummation”, “correctness” and “perfectness” in Asian countries such as Japan. When the food is eaten, the soy sauce has finished the "o" form, which not only indicates that the food is delicious and implies goodness, but also represents the gratitude and blessing for the use of this meal.
