The deaf must be accompanied by sign language interpreters for medical treatment. However, there are very few medical sign language interpreters, so each interpreter has to handle 402 people. The deaf are not properly using their medical rights due to difficulties in communication. In particular, amid the prolonged COVID-19, this is leading to a threat to their lives. Therefore, I designed a sign language avatar-based application that allows the deaf to independently cope with their diseases. I aimed to cope with their disease whenever they wanted, without a sign language interpreter.
